Conference Fees

Conference fees include lunch, refreshments and documentation.
Indian Residents is INR 15,000 + 18% GST = INR 17,700/-
Overseas Residents is USD 350 + 18% GST = USD 413/-

Terms of Registration

1) Confirmation letters and invoice shall be sent on receipt of your registration request, online or otherwise.
2) Receipt shall be sent on payment.
3) Payment must be received prior to the conference date.
4) On non-receipt of payment in time, delegates will be asked to guarantee the payment with a personal credit card.
5) Cancellations, if any, must be intimated by 18th July, 2017 and will be subject to a administrative charge of US $50 or INR 3000 (as applicable).
6) No cancellations shall be effected after this date.
7) Substitutions are allowed at any time.
8) While the organisers will make efforts to stick to the conference programme, it may be necessary for reasons beyond control to alter the contents, speakers, timing or venue of this conference.
9) Elite Conferences does not accept any liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays. In such circumstances, the normal cancellation restrictions apply.
