Terms of Registration

1) Conference is being organised in hybrid mode whereby the attendance can be made either in person or virtually.
2) Confirmation letters and invoice shall be sent on receipt of your registration request, online or otherwise.
3) Receipt shall be sent on payment.
4) Payment must be received prior to the conference date.
5) On non-receipt of payment in time, delegates will be asked to guarantee the payment with a personal credit card.
6) Substitutions are allowed at any time.
7) While the organisers will make efforts to stick to the conference programme, it may be necessary for reasons beyond control to alter the contents, speakers, timing or venue of this conference.
8) Elite Conferences does not accept any liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays. In such circumstances, the normal cancellation restrictions apply.
 

Conference Registration Fees are:

Conference fees include lunch, refreshments and documentation.
Indian Residents is INR 12,000 + 18% GST = INR 14,160/-
Overseas Residents is USD 250 + 18% GST = USD 295/-
 
 

Virtual Conference Registration Fees are:

Indian Residents is INR 2000 + 18% GST = INR 2360/-
Overseas Residents is USD 50 + 18% GST = USD 59/-
